Searching market competitors rate and service provided. Conduct meetings with clients for new business opportunities. Periodic reviewing of internal lease terms and conditions. Preparing and follow up lease contract procedure. Obtaining top management approval for the lease's terms and conditions. Issuing the lease proposal with client. Negotiating the lease proposal with clients and closing the deals. Tracking the purchase order status with clients. Issuing the vehicle/equipment authorization (Tamm System, Zawil). Issuing and sharing the lease documents with the client. Coordinating mobilization schedules for smooth movement. Issuing monthly lease invoices (Al Shammel System). Follow up invoices acknowledgments and outstanding with the client. Conducting monthly client account reviews and performance reports. Issuing and delivering a departmental payment request. Writing formal letters (Chamber of commerce, Authorization, TGA, GDT) Building and initiating departmental forms and templates. Enhancing departmental referencing and labeling. Periodic tracking of the vehicle/equipment status for MVPI, insurance, and registration. Working on the master policy for vehicle insurance (comprehensive). Reporting and tracking with insurance regarding claims and account statement. Coordinating maintenance procedure between client and responsible team. Collaborating and follow up with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues. Developing and enhancing relationships with clients. Keeping in touch with clients for upcoming requirements
Reviewing different document types. Involvement in documents compliance checks. Involvement in data entry for E- Archive project. Follow up for periodic documents reviewing.
