Acting as a business analyst, I have changed upgraded many of these IT Infrastructure and Business Models. Have redesigned and implemented business processes and reporting mechanisms. I centralized all the IT environments under one umbrella and then decentralized as per the best practices to ease of doing business under certain policies. Streamlined IT purchases and used my expertise to save huge amounts on IT expenses. Each of these units are using different Business applications like odoo and SAP. Just completed the implementation of SAP S4 Hana (most common modules have been implemented) in Nazih Saudi Company for Cosmetics along with the 36 retail stores kingdom wide including FMCG, Modern Trade & wholesales divisions. Dual/multi language, Product Management, CRM, Marketing & Promotions, Click and collect, Returns, Refunds, Refund vouchers, Loyalty program, Discount coupons, e-wallet, Shipping & Delivery, Integration capabilities, Mobile App support, BI, Scalability, AI. Support for other sister companies’ online sales. Just completed the implementation of B2B & B2C E-Invoicing.

IT Manager/Dynamics AX/Business Analyst I led the analysis, design & implementation phases of Dynamics AX. From the very first step of finding a proper AX implementer till the project signoff, I have led & guided everyone in this course of implementation. Involved in end users training. My role included interacting with both MS Dynamics AX IT support team and business users to understand requirements, evaluating alternate solutions, resolving problems, issues, communicating status and documenting system changes. Planning and designing new reports along with the customization of existing reports as per Management/user requirements.
