I have empowered and managed teams and individuals. I have experience with almost everything, from shaping and directing HR strategies to acquiring and actively training new talent. I possess compassion for the firm’s goals as well as the employee’s skills and motivation, and aids them in alignment. Every course of action I take is motivated by compassion and strategy.
