Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage HR functions such as manpower plans, compensation & benefits, training & development, talent attraction & retention, and Human Resources overall budgeting.
• Lead promotion, merit increase, and incentive projects.
• Manage and lead organization change management initiatives and plans.
• Enhance key strategic functions within HR such as talent development, performance management, succession planning, on-boarding, and others.
• Identify and communicate coherently areas that require improvements and change initiatives.
• Design and implement organization improvement and change management initiatives. • Develop Total Reward Strategy and maintain a pay grading structure.
• Create and Manage, Performance Management Framework/Performance Management Process and Procedures Manual.
• Enhance employee engagement and Manage internal communications in line with employee engagement strategies and plans.
• Manage and direct HR team in all HR sub-functions and develop HR team skills and competencies.
• Work with management to set HR strategies and goals aligned with the corporate strategy.
• Identify training and development needs and objectives within the organization .
• Build, confirm and get approval on manpower plans based on annual growth plans and budgets.
• Develop, manage and monitor induction and orientation programs.
• Design comprehensive HR reports (e.g. nationalization, demographics, redundancy, headcount reports, turnover reporting, compensation and benefit analysis, etc…).
• Become the project owner of corporate reporting and adherence to regulatory compliance with the ministry of Labour & Social Affairs, GOSI, HRDF, etc…)
