Furthermore to the academic qualifications, I have gained valuable experience as Psychology support worker in a leading mental health care service in UK , where I provided emotional support and guidance to individuals with mental health issues. This role helped me improve my active listening skills, and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. I have also developed care plans and activity plans to engage the clients in their day to day life.

This postgraduate degree curriculum offered advanced training in applied psychology, with an emphasis on the practical application of psychological theory and research to real-world situations. The key modules were as follows: research and issues in applied psychology counselling sand psychotherapy in applied psychology quantitative research methods qualitative reseach methods trauma impacts and interventions I gained skills such as advanced research design and methodology, critical thinking, analytical skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills through studying this course. Conducted an in-depth dissertation on the topic "online shopping addiction and languishing among adults" which enhanced my research skills and communication skills whilst performing the key elements of the research ie data collection and analyzing the data.
Studying Bachelors in psychology helped me understand the foundation of psychological theories and fundamentals of the subject. It also offered me internship opportunities where I could gain experience in assist licensed psychologists with conducting assessments, interventions and research projects. The core modules in the degree were: abnormal psychology social psychology counselling psychology health psychology organizational psychology These subjects provided an in depth knowledge of each field in psychology. furthermore, I conducted an in-depth quantitative research on "relationship between internet addiction and depression among young adults". Overall, I received a CGPA of 8.4 out of 10 in my bachelors degree.
