I’ve been working in the Oil and Gas industry for 15 years where I performed as Inside Sales Representative, Buyer, Expeditor and Customer Service Representative. I am responsible for generating sales for the company by processing orders. In-charge of Sourcing and Procurement of product required by the end user. Evaluate and negotiating the cost to obtain the best possible pricing. Keeping track of inventories through supply and demand in our SAP System. Maintaining the relationship with suppliers and manufacturers. I am also, engaging in collaboration with customers and suppliers in finalizing orders. In-charge of expediting of processed orders and confirming the timely delivery to the customer. I’m also handling quotations/tenders and provide sales and products assistance to customer. Additionally, I am doing and invoicing and dispatching copies to the customer for payment processing.
I’m proactively working with positive results. I have the ability to adapt new situations and job roles in any environment. Effectively planning on any allocated jobs to finish on time. I am also an active listener and have a strong communication skill. Have the initiative to resolve issues as well.
