Work & Experience
I developed and implemented strategies to align with the company's vision, achieved cost reductions through strategic agreements, and optimized logistics for projects and warehouse plans. I also managed the procurement team to elevate performance during constructing Integrated Industrial Complex project in Khamis Mushait, Building and developing the equipment and transportation fleet and ensure compliance with audit processes.
I developed projects procurement plans, set policies, and achieved cost reductions through strategic agreements with local/foreign suppliers. Managed shipping processes for seamless clearance and delivery, and developed storage policies to support projects targets, e.g. Residential projects and commercial malls in addition to the Qatar embassy project in Riyadh.
