• Create a comprehensive project plan outlining the stages of design, fabrication, transportation, and construction of the PEB system. • Establish clear milestones for each phase of the project, including procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and erection. • Use project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Excel to define task sequences and optimize project timelines. • Ensure that any delays or changes are promptly addressed to prevent impact on the overall project schedule. • Monitored and tracked project progress, conducting regular site visits and reporting on variances between planned and actual performance. • Ensure that the project specifications meet the client's requirements while complying with local building codes and standards. • Ensure that the design of the steel structure, roofing, cladding, and foundations are coordinated and ready for the fabrication process. • Coordinate labor and machinery availability, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for each phase of the project. • Assess potential risks such as supply chain delays, weather impacts, and unforeseen site conditions that could affect timelines or costs. • Work with project managers to estimate the project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment. • Work with the construction team to plan the erection sequence of the PEB components (steel columns, beams, roofing, etc.). • Maintain updated schedules, monitor milestones, and provide detailed progress reports to senior management and clients. • Work with quality control teams to ensure that the construction adheres to engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards. • Participate in inspections and site audits to ensure construction quality and adherence to timelines. • Ensure that all project phases are completed and signed off before handing over the building to the client. • Prepared progress reports, forecasts, and risk assessments for senior management and stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. • Maintained communication with clients and subcontractors, ensuring project requirements were met and expectations managed.
