Work & Experience
Responsibilities Performed: • Controlling of over Multiple projects by ensuring smooth delivering of cost and time. • Preparation of Monthly Cost Reports for projects portfolio under Riyadh Municipality (Amana Riyadh). • Implementation of PMO by deliverables (Change Control System, Estimation Book, Historical data implementation) and Responsibilities. • Consultations, reporting and briefing to Client Amana Riyadh about the Estimate at completion (EAC), cost and progress for the portfolio of projects. • RFPs, prices and quantities verification for new projects. • Contractual issues resolution and ensuring smooth completion of the projects. • Implementation of Change Control System and approval of Variations orders and EOTs. • Site meetings with consultants and contractors for managing the project to ensure on time completion and resolve the problems (baseline program, cash flow, update data in AMANA database). • New Contracts Establishment, Insurances, Bonds, Advance payment, LD, DLP preliminaries. • PQQ (pre qualifications of Subcontractors). • Cost Planning (NRM1) and Provisional Sum Management. • Facilitating Value Engineering exercise.
