Hello, I’m Raghda Elsherbeny, and I am an experienced Human Resources Manager with 17 years of diverse and progressive experience in the HR field. Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with leading multinational companies across a range of industries, including Telecom, manufacturing, technology, real-estate and Transportation which has given me a deep understanding of global HR practices and cross-cultural management.
My expertise spans the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, learning and development, budgeting and HR strategy alignment with business goals. I am also well-versed in HR compliance and labor laws across different regions.
Also I’m a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping drive business transformation through people-centric initiatives. I have led multiple HR projects such as restructuring, culture change, digital HR transformation, and leadership development programs.
