I’m responsible for managing a team, which includes hiring, training, and evaluating staff, including servers, chefs, and maintenance personnel. I handle the scheduling, ensuring that the restaurant is appropriately staffed at all times. I work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and service, ensuring that both customers and employees have an enjoyable experience. Budget management is another important aspect of my role.
