Being a telecom Co-ordinator, provides responsive system administration in close co-operation with internal and external support personnel and maintenance of Telecommunication devices, and communication links as necessary to assure operational availability. • Administrator of Telecommunication system in the organization including such functions as supporting users for issuance of inventory from warehouse and maintaining standards of operations of network as well. • Develop, maintain and enhance telecommunication facilities with adequate corporate control and to maximize utility and minimize cost. • Review daily communication and collaboration related service requests. Resolves problems encountered during daily operations and determines appropriate solutions; Promotes teamwork. Encourages regular communication, informs staff of relevant business issues and their impact on the organization. • Monitor the efficiency of network in order to maintain operations, making recommendations and providing input for selection/evaluation of database platforms. • Manage effectively the quality of service through vendors to ensure service meets required standards and expectations and/or that user requirements are accurately fulfilled. • Make recommendations for improvement of systems where relevant, to improvise the efficiency of operation. • Establish, plan and implement the maintenance of network systems to ensure it is carried out in accordance with telecom standards. • Manage, contribute and coordinate telecommunication projects related to PMCL project

Periodical internal audits for the preparation for external audits. • Ensure the Compliance of SLA (Service Legal Agreement) between Customer (Ericson) & TML. • Ensure proper stock handling of customer as per agreed SLA. • Liaison with Management to consider necessary changes as per user department requirements. • Enhance standards of services according to abrupt changes in market. • Complete record of documentation as per agreed SLA for receipt & issuance activities. • Maintain effective liaison with Ericson and Warid for smooth operations. • Ensure the inventory movement from Warehouse to site & warehouse to warehouse. • Ensure that operations availability on 7/24 and save the down time. • Maintain stacking standards in warehouse to avoid delays in issuance of inventory.
