Responsibilities. Inventory Management and Warehouse Management System. . Oversee the Receipt, Storage, and Distribution of Warehouse Inventory. . Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation. . Store items properly, ensuring safety and compliance with egulations. . Verify incoming supplies, issue items to staff, and maintain documentation. Check the delivery of items from the supplier directly delivered to project store with approved Purchase Order, approved specifications, agreed discount/bonus/FOC, quantity, price and quality and expiry date. . Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock levels. . Maintain buffer stocks, min-max levels. . Monitor all slow and non-moving items and coordinate with. Store supervisor to forward the information to Secondary Logistic Manager on monthly basis. . Perform Cycle Count on daily basis. . Prepare Zero stock items on daily basis. . Issues, distributes, and fulfills all requisitions requests per the procedure through the system using alternative and FEFO and LIFO system to the respective end user. . Process all new stock take On and ensure that bins are allocated for these new stores. Quality Control: . Monitors the quality of materials (near to expire, damaged, defrost..etc.) and reports any issues to the concerns. Report & justify of defective or expired materials for disposal. Monitor cleanness and hygiene of the store on daily basis. . Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols for handling and disposing of supplies. . Coordination & Communication: Work with staff, management, and suppliers to . Disposal of Expired Supplies: Safely dispose of expired or damaged items. Warehouse Management. . Audit and Inventory Management System. . Ensure smooth integration with new system rollouts ( ERP, Workflow platforms, B2B, etc ) . Identify new opportunities to use data in effective ways. . Identify missing data that could be used by the planning team to strengthen its position. . Establish and manage systems to monitor the stock and inventory in the store at all times. including current stock levels. . Initiate the ordering of replacement stock when minimum stock levels have been reached. . Proactively identify and report on overstocking, under-stocking or out of stock scenarios and resolve promptly . Manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, providing training and guidance. . Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures. . Monitor stock levels and implement inventory control measures. . Plan and coordinate warehouse logistics to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. . Implement inventory control systems to minimize losses and discrepancies . Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, and performance evaluation. . Assign tasks and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. . Foster a positive and productive work environment. . Support the daily operation and management of our WMS, ensuring the system operates smoothly and efficiently. .
