• Branch Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures. • Financial Management: Manage the branch’s budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and cost efficiency. • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, including engineers, project managers and administrative personnel. • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. • Project Oversight: Supervise the execution of projects within the branch, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. • Business Development: Create and pursue strategies for business growth, including identifying potential clients, partnerships, and new project opportunities.
• Design Oversight: Lead the design process, ensuring that architectural solutions align with client requirements, functional needs, and aesthetic goals. • Team Management: Supervise and mentor project teams, including junior architects, designers, and technical staff, providing guidance and support. • Project Coordination: Ensure that design elements are coordinated with other disciplines, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. • Inspection: Inspect construction work to ensure it complies with design intent and quality standards.
• Client Consultation: Meeting clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals and to provide design recommendations. • Space Planning: Optimize spatial layouts to ensure efficient use of space and adherence to functional requirements. • Drafting and Drawings: Create detailed architectural drawings, and 3D models including floor plans elevations and sections, using computer software’s or other traditional drafting methods.
• Business Development: identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building relationships, and driving the strategic expansion of the business.
• Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the project team or service provider. • Regular Updates: Provide regular updates to the client on project progress, milestones and any issues that may arise. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the work produced meets the client’s quality standards. • Contract Oversight: Review and manage contract terms and agreements to ensure they are being adhered to and avoid any discrepancies. • Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contract terms and resolving any contractual issues that arise.
• Coordinate Activities: Coordinate day to day activities and tasks, ensuring alignment with the project plan and objectives. • On-Site Presence: Monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and quality of work. • Issue Resolution: Identify any quality issues or defects in construction work coordinating with subcontractors and the construction team to resolve them. • Monitor Expenses: Assist in tracking project expenses and managing the project budget ensuring expenditures are within approved limits. • Risk Management: Help identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Design Development: Develop and refine architectural concepts and design solutions based on client needs, site conditions, and project requirements. • Client Meetings: Maintain regular meetings with clients to present design proposals gather feedback and address any concerns or revisions. • Final Inspections: Conduct final inspections and ensure that all punch list items are completed before project handover. • Close out Documentation: Compile and finalize project close out documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operation manuals.
