Led the formation and commissioning of the Informatics & Cybersecurity Department for a state-of-the-art Cancer Center, ensuring seamless integration of medical and non-medical technologies. Spearheaded the development of a fully integrated Health Information System (HIS), ERP, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems, optimizing operational efficiency. Guided the transition to a paperless environment using AI, OCR, and ML to improve care delivery. Contributed to the Center's successful Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation in June 2023.
