I am Muhammad Naeem Mughal, a seasoned Network and System Administrator with over 12 years of professional experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructures, network systems, and administrative operations in both public and private sector organizations.

Currently employed at QSA Surgical Industry Pvt Ltd, I am responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, including server administration, networking devices, software updates, CCTV systems, user management, attendance system maintenance, and overall IT support. My role demands precision, timely reporting, and comprehensive technical documentation to ensure seamless operations across all departments.

Previously, I served as District Service Center Incharge at the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) under the Board of Revenue, where I held a dual role: leading System and Network Administration and managing day-to-day office operations. My responsibilities included maintaining computers, networking devices, and surveillance systems, managing land record digitization using the Central Land Record Management Information System (CLRMIS), quality assurance of revenue estate data, implementing court orders, and coordinating with district-level government authorities. I was also responsible for monitoring the service dashboard, staff performance, and ensuring uninterrupted public service delivery.

I hold a BS (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Gujrat and continue to strengthen my skills through globally recognized certifications, including:
