I’m Rajitha Rambukwella, a passionate and performance-driven business leader with extensive experience in general management, business development, and strategic marketing across diverse industries in the UAE and Sri Lanka.

Currently, I serve as the General Manager at SMS Group of Companies in Dubai, where I lead operations across three dynamic business units—SMS Cleaning Services, SMS Salons, and SMSS General Trading. Overseeing a team of 150+ professionals and managing a premium portfolio of over 200 clients, I focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. My role spans everything from high-level business strategy and marketing execution to performance management and talent development.

Before relocating to the UAE, I held a leadership position at Debug Group of Companies in Sri Lanka, managing brands like Sea-Doo and CAN-AM. My career began in the financial services industry with reputable institutions such as Mercedes-Benz Sri Lanka, HSBC, Standard Chartered, and Nations Trust Bank, where I developed a strong foundation in customer relationship management and service marketing.

Academically, I hold a Master’s Degree in Strategic Marketing, complemented by advanced diplomas in both business management and training. I’m deeply committed to continuous learning and professional growth—currently enhancing my skill set through courses in digital marketing and personal branding.
