As the Field Team Lead, I oversee a diverse team of approximately 60 engineers across multiple disciplines, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Fire and Gas (FGS), Networking, Cyber Security, Field Instruments, and Third-Party Systems. My role involves managing control system operations and commissioning activities, ensuring seamless integration and execution of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Through effective leadership and clear communication, I facilitate collaboration among team members to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
