Developed Working Procedures/Instructions considering below standards: ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018; ISO 17020:2012; ISO17025:2017; API Standards 527, 592, 598 for safety valve; ASME 13385- 1:2019 for Vernier caliper; ASTM E2847 for IR Thermometer; ASME B40.200 For Direct Reading thermometer; Euramet Cg15 for electrical parameters; DKD R 6-1:2019 for pressure gauges Inspection of the quality services in testing and calibration dept. Uncertainty budget calculations based on the factors for each type of instrument and establish calibration Certificate accordingly. Master instrument’s Calibration Plan & PT/ILC participation record maintenance Liaise for conducting Internal and External ISO standard trainings for staff Follow up and ensured all corrective and preventive action’s implementation against each department NCRs raised during internal and external Audits.
