Monitoring and inspecting production processes to ensure adherence to quality guidelines. 2. Developing and enforcing hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment. 3. Implementing and maintaining hygiene training programs for employees. 4. Generating reports on quality performance, hygiene compliance, and corrective actions. 5. 1. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards (SOP) and its related records. 2. Inspection of raw material during receiving and verify all documents (Halal certificate and COA) 3. Reviewing and updating quality documentation, including specifications, procedures, and work instructions. 4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quality control and hygiene activities. Compliance 1. Coordination with a team to complete the Halal Audit by International Halal council 2. Complete all documentation and checklists to prepare FSSC 22000 Audit and complete the Audit. 3. IPM (Supervision of current activity, gap analysis report and maintain qualitystandards. Conducting industrial visit as per the client requirement on any amendment inindustry for change in IPM layout to increase efficiency in pest controlactivity. Sample collection including food samples mircrobial samples from differentindustries as per the client requirement. Maintain records of all sales, new business, and flow-up activities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processesto identify and address quality and food safety issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with customer andregulatory requirements, including product labeling, specifications, anddocumentation. Investigate and resolve quality and food safety incidents, customercomplaints, and non-conformances.
