As a Management Trainee Officer in the Quality Assurance department at Rafiq Farm Food,my role encompasses various responsibilities. These include quality assurance, testing, and Online monitoring of production lines, ensuringadherence to quality standards, and conducting cold store inspections for French fries(Mack fries).Additionally, I am actively involved in raw material inspection and planning, along with otherrelated activities at Rafiq Farm Foods. Ensuring RM quality during cold storage by overseeing the planning, storage, handling anddistribution of potatoes, monitoring storage parameters, conducting store audits, managinginventory, coordinating shipments, ensuring quality control, and supervising warehouse staffat Rafiq Farm Foods.

I serve as an internal auditor and active member of the QMS, working to maintain andimprove quality standards at Fauji Fresh and Freeze.I also ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) through internalaudits, including plant GMPs, site hygiene audit, supplier audit, distribution audit, warehouse,and cold store and crop audits. My role is to handle customer audits, including Halal, McDonald’s, BRCGS, and Yum (KFC),ensuring compliance with their specific quality and safety standards.During my tenure at Fauji Fresh and Freeze Limited in Sahiwal, Punjab, Pakistan, I gainedextensive exposure to various aspects of agricultural processing. This included handling and processing a diverse range of fruits and vegetables such aspotatoes, strawberries, sweet corn, falsa, mangoes, and peas. My responsibilities encompassed every stage of production, from processing to freezing andpackaging, along with meticulous raw material inspection and quality assurance procedures. Additionally, I conducted different laboratory analyses to ensure product integrity. During my job I visited different regions of Punjab, Pakistan for raw material qualityassurance.
