Dealing with Customers Directly or Through Salesmen or the phone. Follow-up and Cover Each Area to Achieve the Sales Target. Preparing Quotation, Sales Order & P.F.I by System (AX & Infor). Making Rolls Design for the Stadiums. Preparing Purchase Request (P.R) by System (AX & Infor). Preparing Promissory Note (P.N) for customers, or from NAFAD online. Getting the Approval from Finance Department to release the order for delivery. Sending customer statement, Packing list & invoices to Salesmen or Customers. Arranging the Trucks, to transfer goods from the factory to the customer. Introduce and inform new employees of the team, work cycle and product information. Preparing Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for Landscape & Sport Products Arranging Marketing Tolls (Exhibitions, Brochures, Samples, Company Profile…etc.). Ensure Customer Satisfaction by Arranging Customers Surveys, And analysis it Opening an account for new customers in system and creating a database about them. Follow up with internal & external auditors regarding the sales to issue ISO certificates. Sending an email to Finance to open the insurance for customers with all documents. Follow-up the Complaints with Customers & send it to the QC Department. Making Samples Requests & sent it to Q.C Department & Production Department. Making Samples Board Requests for Retail Customers. Making new items in sys & follow up with QC Department & Finance department. Taking care of the Showroom, following up and bringing missing Samples. Sending Documents & Samples, through a Shipping Companies (SMSA, DHL …etc.). Follow-up International Sales with the Commercial Director and Preparing P.F.I. & follow everything with Export Customer, samples, export document & arrange trucks. Follow up the Scraps with the warehouse & production to contact with recycling
