Team lead for the maintenance and troubleshooting of Electrical equipment, Electrical systems and motor control center.
Responsible for PM, CM, CBM, and Breakdown maintenance of turbo machinery, gas generators, motor control center, and other electrical equipment. • I have formulated maintenance work plans for all equipment. I have successfully designed electrical drawings in the compressor plant area. • I have carried out calibration of pressure switches, transmitters, and gauges as per the ASME and IEC standards. • I have successfully performed routine, top-end, and major overhauling jobs of Guascor FGLD 240 and CAT 3412 gas generators. • I have prepared Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Management of Change (MOC) for the compression section. • I am proficient in carrying out planning and managing activities for Electrical and instrumentation projects of various natures by using CMMS oracle-based software for material acquisition. • I am responsible for troubleshooting plant machinery including DR 990 gas turbine centrifugal compressors, rotary equipment including 3 phase induction motors, Pumps, and static equipment, including scrubbers, and filters.
