I am Adnan Shafique, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Management and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan. Currently, I am working as a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager at MBK FOODS. In my role, I am responsible for ensuring the adherence to various quality parameters such as GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), recipe compliance, weight, length, shape, and size of the products. I also conduct tests on finished products and closely monitor their temperature, which is particularly crucial as MBK specializes in frozen food products.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in 2021 and have gained valuable experience of two years in the field of the food industry. Prior to joining MBK, I worked at Defense Club and Jalalsons Bakery. I completed my intermediate studies from Punjab College Pattoki, and my Matriculation from The Educators School in Phool Nagar.
