Starting with the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) and advancing through roles at OGDC and PTCL, I reached the pinnacle of my banking career at the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), where I have been a catalyst for progressive change.
In Islamabad, I managed NBP’s flagship branches until 2005, after which I ascended to Regional Executive (RE) roles in Credit, CAD, and Operations & Business, providing robust oversight of regional functions. My expertise expanded further in 2008, as I transitioned to Karachi to lead transformative projects in Core Banking and SAP customization in partnership with Fidelity, harnessing my IT acumen to drive digital innovation.
At NBP’s Learning Center in Islamabad, I served as Director, where I spearheaded curriculum development and optimized training frameworks. Returning to Karachi in 2019, I led the bank’s e-Learning and Executive Development Center, embedding a culture of continuous professional enhancement. In 2020, I took on the role of Senior HR Business Partner (North-I), where I oversaw HR operations across seven regions, aligning talent management with strategic imperatives.
My academic journey reflects a dedication to intellectual rigor and lifelong learning, with a BSc in Engineering from UET Lahore, an MBA from IIUI, and an MS from Szabist, enriched by certifications in JAIBP, AIBP, SAP, Six Sigma, MCSE, TOT, and PMP.
An accomplished author with a Ph.D. in finance, my expertise in data analytics supports strategic decision-making, while my background in HR and IT enables me to redefine roles for maximum impact.
