My Achievements Include:

– Achieved lowest 0.10 Kwh /lt in (21 – 22) and continuously improving till YTD 22-23 is 0.097 Kwh/lt

– Utilized Wapda – 99 %, Minimum of Diesel 0.5 % & gas-0.5% in YTD 22-23

– Reduced water usage by 11.4% by redirecting UHT return water into raw water tank and various other initiatives

– Lead Tetra Pak excellence project, reduced paper wastage from 0.55 to 0.4 (lowest paper loss in Oct 2022 0.36%) and MME improvement from 94% to 97%

– Lead 2,000 KVA UPS installation for critical load, capex 40 Mio, 161Mio saving (09 Months)

– Lead top end overhauling of 03 Genset (01 MW), capex 24 Mio

– Lead In-house installation of straw applicator with two A3 speed machines capex 22 Mio

– Lead Block replacement of Gas Genset (03 MW), capex 100 Mio

– Lead BHP Powder Plant Revamping, 80 Mio (In process)

– PLC Upgradation of UHT /ATS plants, capex 11 mio

– 8-ton bio fuel boiler installation with shed capex 53 Mio + installation of ecolean machine
