Job Responsibilities:

• Seek and incorporate feedback from users and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct primary and secondary research i.e. end user, industry, domain, and academic.
• Constantly identify opportunities to optimize the product experience.
• Create high-quality deliverables for key product decisions. Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and postmortems.
• Proactively seek out and foster connections across scrum teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the product development life cycle.
• Work closely with teams, project managers and engineers to implement versatile solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of professional design experience as a UX / UI designer, information architect, or a similar UX-related role.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills. Acumen in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of organization.
• Portfolio of high-quality work, interaction design skills, jaw-dropping/transformational original ideas.
• Expertise in the entire UX life cycle, best practices and applicable tools.
• In-depth experience of working in a collaborative environment with the engineering team for design implementation.
• A demonstrated history of acquiring and benefiting from user data (e.g., end-user research, behavioral assessment, etc) will be preferable.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, AdobeXD, or tools.
