Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to admissions, enrollment, registration, and student records.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
  • Assist in preparing class schedules, timetables, and exam rosters in collaboration with academic departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and filing systems for student, faculty, and course information.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of adjunct faculty and support staff.
  • Prepare and distribute official documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate college meetings, events, workshops, and staff development sessions.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support budget preparation and monitor administrative expenditures as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline administrative processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within a college or university environment.
  • Knowledge of higher education systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite) and student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role within a college or higher education institution.
  • Standard working hours, with occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods or college events.
