Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to manage, support, and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, implement ERP solutions, customize modules, and ensure the ERP system effectively supports organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and support the company’s ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with department heads and users to gather requirements and translate business needs into system configurations.
  • Customize, configure, and upgrade ERP modules as required.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, workflows, and training materials.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits to maintain system accuracy.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Manage ERP-related projects and coordinate testing and deployment of new features or modules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or others).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in ERP configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
