We are seeking a Customer Service Agent proficient in Chinese to join our dynamic customer support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide an excellent customer experience in both written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Chinese and English.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional language certifications are a plus
