About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Board of Director to join our organization on a remote basis, dedicating 2 hours daily to help guide our company’s vision, strategy, governance, and growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in virtual board meetings and discussions as scheduled.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance on company policies, business plans, and long-term goals.
• Review and monitor the company’s performance, finances, and risk management.
• Offer independent judgment to support balanced decision-making.
• Ensure the company meets its legal, ethical, and corporate governance responsibilities.
• Support the executive team by providing insights on industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Represent the company’s interests with key stakeholders and potential partners when needed.
• Review key documents, reports, and proposals and provide timely feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience serving on a board or in a senior executive role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and board responsibilities.
• Excellent understanding of the industry in which the company operates.
• High ethical standards and sound judgment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to commit to approximately 2 hours daily and attend virtual meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
