We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Content Editor to join our dynamic content team. In this role, you will oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of finance-related content across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial writing, understands editorial best practices, and can translate complex financial concepts into accessible, engaging material.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread financial articles, blogs, reports, and whitepapers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice.
- Collaborate with content strategists, writers, and analysts to develop timely and relevant financial content.
- Ensure all content aligns with regulatory compliance and editorial guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO using target keywords and metadata best practices.
- Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and style across all finance-related material.
- Monitor trends in the financial industry to keep content fresh and authoritative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in editing finance or business content.
- Strong command of AP Style and financial terminology.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and editorial tools.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Yoast is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
