Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel across a range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local regulatory requirements.
- Advise on intellectual property, data privacy, employment law, and risk mitigation.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolution, or negotiations when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Compliance.
- Monitor and interpret emerging legal trends and regulatory changes relevant to the business.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- 5+ years of experience as a legal adviser, corporate counsel, or similar in-house legal role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and international regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
