We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead production efficiency, and maintain top-tier quality and safety standards across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, safety, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase output.
• Lead and develop production teams, supervisors, and technical staff to foster high performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering teams for cross-functional execution.
• Manage budgets, production schedules, and inventory with precision.
• Serve as the key point of contact for audits, reporting, and plant performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in plant management or operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage remote operations and distributed teams.
