We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our growing remote technology team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a remote team of software engineers or IT professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and long-term system design strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and remove roadblocks to ensure productivity in a remote setup.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or technical roles, with 1–3 years in a leadership or senior position.
  • Strong experience in technologies such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience working in agile environments and managing remote teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership.
