Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently on a production line while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are maintained throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to produce goods according to specifications
- Assemble components manually or with machinery based on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality control checks
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Report malfunctions or unsafe equipment conditions to supervisors
- Meet production quotas and timelines without compromising product quality
- Follow company policies and safety regulations
- Participate in training and continuous improvement programs
- Collaborate with other team members and shift leaders to optimize efficiency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line role is preferred
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
