Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels from a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and online marketplace operations, ensuring optimal product visibility, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct product listing optimization, including SEO for e-commerce and keyword targeting.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Handle customer service inquiries and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies for competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Account Manager, Marketplace Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce SEO, PPC advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Amazon Seller Central.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
