We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Operations Manager to oversee the inventory management process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will excel in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination to optimize stock levels and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking, forecasting, and replenishment.
- Manage warehouse operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement inventory management systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement teams and supply chain partners for timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
- Prepare inventory reports for senior management to support decision-making.
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
