Salesforce Developer & Administrator – Remote

Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator to manage, customize, and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Salesforce development, administration, and integrations to support business processes and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Perform daily Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, security settings, and system maintenance.
• Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, process automation, and custom objects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Provide Salesforce training and support to end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce Administrator.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Admin) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
