Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute insurance planning strategies tailored to client needs.
- Manage and oversee life, health, auto, disability, renters, and travel insurance plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate financial exposure.
- Collaborate with advisors, underwriters, and clients to deliver the best insurance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory insurance requirements.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Train and mentor team members on insurance products and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Insurance Management.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance planning or management.
- Strong knowledge of multiple insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with insurance laws and compliance.
- Professional certifications such as CLU, CFP, CPCU are highly desirable.
