Job Description

We are hiring a highly professional and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to support the Board of Directors in daily operations, communication, and strategic decision-making. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive assistance to the Board of Directors in scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative support, filing systems, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and maintain official records for board meetings.
  • Handle professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in drafting reports, presentations, and confidential business documents.
  • Coordinate travel, appointments, and calendar management.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the Board Members and other departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
