Agile Business Analyst – Remote

Job Description

We are hiring a highly skilled Agile Business Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring successful delivery of Agile projects. This is a global remote opportunity for professionals with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a clear product backlog.
• Partner with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and development teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support QA teams with test planning and validation of requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and process improvements to maximize value delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or Agile BA certification are preferred.
