Key Responsibilities
- Conduct penetration testing on networks, applications, APIs, and cloud environments.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend security remediation strategies.
- Simulate cyberattacks to test incident response readiness.
- Utilize tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Wireshark for testing and analysis.
- Document findings and prepare detailed security reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security engineers, SOC teams, and developers to fix vulnerabilities.
- Stay up to date with ethical hacking techniques, exploits, and emerging threats.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Penetration Tester, Ethical Hacker, or Red Team Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of network security, web application testing, and wireless security.
- Hands-on expertise in offensive security methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud security testing in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Relevant certifications (OSCP, CEH, GPEN, eJPT) are highly desirable.
