We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Analyst to join our growing technology team. The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications across multiple platforms.
As a QA Tester, you will design and execute test cases, detect software issues, and collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, track, and document bugs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Conduct Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Automation Testing.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to validate requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Ensure software meets QA Standards and industry best practices.
- Provide test reports and recommend solutions for improving software quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst, QA Engineer, or Software Tester.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
