Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee multiple Projects and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. The role requires expertise in Project Portfolio Management, Agile Delivery, and Stakeholder Management to deliver high-value business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple Projects under a single Program.
• Align Program Strategy with organizational goals.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams including project managers, business analysts, and technical leads.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Governance and Risk Management standards.
• Utilize Program Management Tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Asana.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Portfolio Management and Change Management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner are highly desirable.
