Job Description

We are hiring an innovative Product Manager to lead product strategy, define roadmaps, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will manage Product Development, Market Research, and Go-To-Market Strategy to deliver impactful solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the Product Roadmap and align with company strategy.
• Conduct Market Research and analyze Customer Insights to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering Teams, Designers, and Marketing Teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Lead Agile Product Development and manage backlogs with Scrum Teams.
• Develop Go-To-Market Plans and track Product Performance metrics.
• Drive innovation in Digital Products, SaaS Platforms, and Mobile Applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in Product Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Product Management are a plus.
