IT Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to oversee the daily operations of Information Technology systems, manage IT Infrastructure, and ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology across the organization. The IT Manager will lead a team of IT professionals to support Network Administration, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT Operations, including networks, servers, and systems.
• Oversee Cybersecurity policies, Data Protection, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure efficient performance of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Computing solutions.
• Support ERP, CRM, and other enterprise software.
• Lead IT Support Teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Implement Digital Transformation initiatives and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, IT Security, and Cloud Platforms.
• Familiarity with System Administration, Database Management, and Disaster Recovery.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
