Technical Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide development teams in designing, building, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The Technical Lead will oversee Software Development, ensure adherence to Coding Standards, and drive Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor software engineers in Application Development and System Architecture.
• Design scalable Software Solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Oversee Code Reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to deliver projects on time.
• Implement Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices for efficient delivery.
• Ensure system security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Programming Languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.) and Web Development frameworks.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Microservices, and API Development.
• Experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile Methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
