Team Lead – Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Team Lead to manage and mentor a group of professionals in delivering high-quality projects. The Team Lead will oversee Project Execution, ensure adherence to Agile Practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor team members in Software Development, IT Projects, or relevant functions.
• Plan and manage Project Delivery while ensuring timely completion.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies for smooth workflows.
• Conduct Code Reviews, quality checks, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and other departments.
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives and implementation of Emerging Technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and Team Leadership.
• Knowledge of Software Development, System Architecture, and Cloud Computing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
