- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

- Manage the companys brand presence across digital and offline platforms
- Oversee content creation, social media, email marketing, and advertising activities
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging promotional materials
- Analyze marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (managerial experience preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful campaign execution
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital tools, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership ability with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
